This will make it easier to rotate around the seed without getting stuck and will be done quickly.
  • When the top is hollow out, cut the end of the rambutan. Rotate the knife around to meet the other side. Do the same as on the top to separate the seeds from the rambutan flesh.
  • Then use a knife to stab the rambutan seeds from the top stem and push the seeds out through the bottom of the rambutan fruit. This completes the method of scooping out rambutan seeds.

Rambutan flesh can be eat and is not harmful to health. However, it is not recommend to eat the peel. And seeds because they may contain certain compounds that are harmful to health.
